For larger organizations

An independent check on your accessibility. Beside the vendor you already have.

For in-house product, engineering and legal teams. The journeys that matter most are tested by hand, fixed in your code through your own review, and kept fixed by a guardrail in CI.

An illustration with made-up properties: each key journey tested, fixed and guarded, with its own evidence.

When teams bring EaseWeb in

Before a renewal, after a letter, or when a customer asks.

  • Before a renewal

Your vendor’s dashboard says you’re covered. The journeys that matter are tested beside what it reports, while there is still time to decide.

  • After a letter or complaint

Each barrier it names is checked on the site, with evidence your counsel can work from and the fixes that close it.

  • When a customer asks for an ACR

An Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT 2.5) built from testing your product, not from a template.

What your team gets

Evidence first, then fixes that stay.

  • Testing by hand, on the journeys that matterSign-in, search, checkout and the rest, across your properties, with a keyboard, screen readers and zoom, to the Section 508 Trusted Tester process and WCAG 2.2 AA.
  • A record that holds upEach report opens with a summary leadership and counsel can read in a minute. Behind it: every finding with its evidence, a result for every test condition, an ACR in the WCAG, Section 508, EU and international editions, and a version history.
  • Fixes through your own reviewPull requests in your repository that keep the design, or guidance your developers can follow. Findings export to CSV for your tracker.
  • A guardrail in your CIChecks that block a merge that brings a barrier back, and accessibility skills for your coding agents and editors.
  • Retests on requestYour team discusses each finding in the client space and asks for a recheck when a fix ships.

Priced per engagement

For larger contracts

Check what the contract promises.

Enterprise plans add things like manual audits, support hours and legal assistance. Nobody can promise that a site conforms, or that no complaint will arrive, so read what is promised in writing, and how far it goes.

I test the journeys that matter to you, independently of your vendor, and set the results beside what the platform reports, before your renewal. If the vendor is working, you keep it. If it isn’t, you’ll know where.

Before you renew

  • Is it a promise of delivery, or of a result? Scans, hours and an audit are delivery. Conformance is a result. See which one the contract names.
  • How much is tested by a person? Which pages and tasks, by whom, with which assistive technology, and to which method.
  • What does the warranty or legal support cover? What is included, capped or excluded, and what you must do to claim it. A question for your counsel.
  • Where do the fixes live? In your code, or in a script that runs on top of the page while you subscribe.
  • What stays fixed if you leave? Fixes in your code stay. Anything the service applies while the page runs goes with it.

Working together

Rigor without the hand-offs.

  • One senior engineer, start to finish

No account manager or sales layer, and the same tester from scoping to retest.

  • Alongside your vendor

Keep the tools you have. The results sit beside what they report.

  • Your tools and process

Your repository, branches and review. Findings into your tracker by CSV.

  • NDA on request

Signed before you share code or anything confidential.

  • Supplier and security forms

Send them with your enquiry. You’ll hear up front which ones I can complete.

Start with the journeys you can’t afford to lose

Tell me your properties, the journeys that matter most, the tools you use now, and any date that drives this: a renewal, a letter or a customer’s request. You get a scope and a fixed quote before any work begins.
