Inquiries
The testing form collects your name, email, website, description of the work, optional deadline, page language, and which service page you came from, if any. These details are stored in a private inbox and used to respond, prepare a quote, and manage the engagement. Do not submit passwords, tokens, or customer records.
Accounts and client work
Email sign-in uses short-lived links and a session cookie. The service stores account and access records, client reports, evidence, discussions, and report activity needed to deliver the work.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores application data and private media. Amazon SES delivers sign-in and report notification emails when configured.
Preferences and measurement
The site remembers your display preference locally. Aggregate daily counters record selected public page requests and successful inquiries without storing a visitor identifier, referrer, or query string in those counters. These are request counts, not unique visitor profiles. Hosting providers may process technical request information for delivery and security.
Abuse prevention and retention
To limit form abuse, the application hashes the request IP address with the UTC date and keeps a daily submission counter. Earlier daily counters are removed when the next inquiry is processed. Inquiry and client records are retained while needed to respond, deliver work, or maintain necessary business records. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion; we will explain any records that need to be retained.
