Service terms
EaseWeb provides accessibility testing, remediation support, and educational material. Questions about scope or billing can be sent to [email protected].
Testing engagements
A written quote or engagement agreement defines the pages, components, workflows, testing approach, deliverables, price, and schedule. For a retainer, it also defines the retest cadence and response times. Published starting prices are estimates for the described testing units. Additional scope, remediation, and retesting are included only when the agreement says so. Sending an inquiry does not place an order.
Results and limitations
Reports describe the agreed scope and tested version at the time of evaluation. They state methodology and limitations. Testing does not guarantee that every barrier has been found, certify legal compliance, or provide legal advice. Changes to the product can change the results.
Educational content
Guides recreate common patterns rather than report on named clients. They supply implementation choices and verification procedures; they are not a substitute for testing your actual application. No fixed publication cadence is promised. The guides are free to read. You may adapt code patterns to your work, including as context for coding tools; do not republish the guides as your own.
Client access
Provide only information and access you are authorized to share, and arrange credentials through an agreed secure channel.
